March 2012 Trendwatching report is out! As usual, the report has an interesting name. This time it is “Flawsome”. The idea behind the name is that it is not only OK, but necessary to be human (read – have flaws). For example, people trust the brands that display both positive and negative reviews.
Lululemon took an interesting approach at being human. In December 2011 it uploaded a Youtube video called “Sh*t Yogis Say” and got 1.8 million views with only 278 dislikes. I think Lululemon is soo cool for doing this, and certainly deserves being featured in my Fashion Brands category today!
